Sister of Battle

Acting as my most complicated project to date, this Sister of Battle from Gamesworkshop's popular Warhammer 40,000 product range is the culmination of nearly 5 months on and off work. As the first time sculpting hard surface armoured plates, I think this has come out super well, using changes in my retopology process to improve on baking accuracy and quality.
The character was rigged inside of 3ds Max using the CAT system as usual, with the bulk of the difficulty in minimising plate deformation but allowing maximum potential for posing.
